The creation and maintenance of optimal hygiene conditions is one of the greatest challenges faced by the food industry today. The Habasit HyCLEAN plastic modular belt products have been developed to improve hygiene conditions and cleaning procedures in food processing areas.

The HyCLEAN package includes a new sprocket and a new 2” flat top module, both patented, with a unique hygienic design.

The HyCLEAN package also includes a new CIP (Cleaning in Place) system that enables faster and more reliable cleaning cycles, substantially less water-use, and lower labor costs. Habasit Australia and New Zealand can also offer a “Pay Back” calculation for customers. This helps assess the amount of possible savings that can be made before purchasing the Clean In Place unit.

The new HyCLEAN CIP system has been developed to satisfy the need for a modular, customized, economical automatic cleaning system for the complete and reliable sanitation of plastic modular and monolithic belts in hygiene-sensitive food processes.

Summarized, the HyCLEAN CIP is an innovative tool for sustainable, hygienic food processing, supporting HACCP and other process quality management systems.
